"Edisons" are a band formed exclusively as a vehicle for the combined material of Fran King & Pete Fagan. Both singer songwriters with diverse talents, and an impressive body of acclaimed individual material. After a chance pairing on a Irish television show, the two artists became close friends. Fran has a seasoned background in Pop / Rock, kicking off his career with renowned Irish outfit "Beach", penning two top twenty hits for the group in the late '90's. He's worked with; (live & in studio) SIR GEORGE MARTIN (legendary Beatles Producer), SUGABABES (top UK girl band), TEARS FOR FEARS (Internationally acclaimed '80's band) to name only a few .. He's performed for QUEEN ELIZABETH II, and toured professionally (domestically & internationally) for over 15 years with an array of bands.

Pete came to prominence on the live circuit in Ireland in the the late '90's, and quickly turned heads with his powerful (& soulful) vocal talents. He's also guested / toured with a veritable list of "who's who" artists on the Irish music scene (from the stars of "The Commitments" to Irish songwriting legends such as "Paul Brady"). Pete was also widely commended for his contributions to the hit charity single "Haiti Child" in 2010, helping to raise thousands of euros for this worthy cause. He's performed with a plethora of artists from PAULO NUTINI to BRYAN ADAMS.

Edisons we're born in the studio in late 2011, Whilst recording together, Fran & Pete quickly set about plans to work on a unique project. This project became their debut album "Little Bohemia". A concept record of sorts, based on an intriguing story of love, loss, desperation & murder ... A true story no less, the story of one, John Herbert Dillinger. The album was produced by esteemed Americana artist, Gavin Glass, and chronicles the depression era gangsters rise (and ultimate demise) in 1934. It's already attracting rave reviews in their native Ireland, where it was released on iTunes in December 2013 (and is scheduled for physical release in late February 2014).

A nationwide tour kicks off in late February, having already commenced TV & Radio performances, Edisons plan to return to the U.S. in the summer of 2014 to play some festivals. Both Fran & Pete are veterans of many successful shows in America. They've performed in New York, Minneapolis / St. Paul, Austin Texas, Nashville & Memphis on previous outings.
